馴染みの床屋が引っ越してしまい、2009年9月から毎月、片道30分以上かけて、散歩がてら散髪に行っている。毎回、コースを変えるようにしているが、道に迷って1時間以上かかったこともあった。遠回りであっても、季節の花、木の実、昆虫を見つけ、猫に出会うこともあり、むしろ散歩を楽しんでいる。
